TERMS OF SERVICE
PAYMENTS
- All payments will be done 100% upfront after the initial sketch is agreed upon.
- Payments will be due 24 hours after agreement. I will cancel the commission if payment isn't done in due time.REVISIONS
- Maximum of 3 revisions
- Major revisions are only allowed during sketch phase. Only minor revisions will be allowed afterwardsDEADLINES AND DELIVERY
- Commissions will be finished within 2 weeks to 2 months at most depending on complexity and my workload. Any changes will be notified to the client
- Clients will be provided with both watermarked and unwatermarked versions of the commissionUSE
- Commissions are strictly for PERSONAL USE only. I am not opening commercial use commissions at the moment
- Using the commissioned piece for any form of AI training and/or any blockchain technology such as NFT is strictly prohibitedINTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
- I retain full rights to the commission and to publish the final piece on my social media and portfolio. Please let me know if you don't wish your commission to be published
- Any form of stealing, tracing, editing, copying, heavy referencing, and reselling of my artwork is strictly prohibitedREFUNDS
Refunds are only given if I'm unable to finish the commissionCOMMUNICATION
